Breanna Stewart

Breanna Stewart is a winner. Capturing three championships in the span of one year, “Stewie” won titles in the WNBA, EuroLeague and an Olympic gold before earning her best title yet – mom. Arguably the greatest college basketball player of all time, Stewie is a 4-time NCAA Champion and 4-time Most Outstanding Player of the NCAA Tournament – the first athlete of any gender to accomplish that feat. Transcendent and versatile, in 2016 Stewie was taken No. 1 overall by the Seattle Storm, was the youngest member of the USA Olympic gold medal winning squad in Rio and the WNBA unanimous Rookie of the Year. A natural on social media, Stewie is a universally liked star, known for her humble, yet determined spirit and candid personality. Just as impressive off the court, Stewie overcame adversity and successfully rehabbed from a season-ending achilles injury in 2019. During that time, she decided to freeze her eggs and fell in love with her now wife Marta, which ultimately led to their inspirational journey of becoming moms to Ruby through gestational surrogacy. Destigmatizing fertility conversations for sport and women in the workplace, Stewie shattered the notion that a woman cannot be the best player in the world and have a baby. She aims to bring advocacy for parents into her outreach and partnerships. Since the moment Breanna Stewart turned pro, she has embraced the opportunity to advocate for causes bigger than herself. When she won the 2016 ESPY for Best Female Athlete, she gave a speech calling out the media for its lack of coverage of women’s sports. That same year, she joined her colleagues across the league in standing up for Black Lives Matter. In 2017, she stood up for the LGBTQ community and proudly championed the inclusive culture of the WNBA, and in October 2018 she came forward as a survivor of childhood sexual abuse with a moving first-person essay with The Players Tribune, going on to launch a national campaign to help other victims and their families.
In 2021, Stewie signed with PUMA in a groundbreaking deal that made her the highest paid footwear and apparel endorser in the WNBA, guaranteed her a signature shoe by 2022 and is paving the way for the next generation of stars. The Stewie 1 launched in September of 2022 as the league’s first signature shoe since the early 2010’s. With multiple design iterations and an expansive size range, the Stewie 1 welcomes inclusion and on-court opportunity for all.

Pat Connaughton

Pat Connaughton is a professional athlete, NBA Champion, real estate developer and community advocate. After a notable basketball career at the University of Notre Dame, Connaughton was selected in the second round of the 2015 NBA Draft and has since played in nearly 500 games with Portland and Milwaukee over the past seven seasons., Connaughton was a key part of the Bucks team that won the NBA Championship, bringing the franchise only its second NBA title and first in 50 years.

In 2016, during his rookie season, Connaughton founded his real estate development firm, Three Leaf Partners. What Connaughton and Three Leaf Partners promise to their investors is simple: business professionals get the opportunity to invest alongside professional athletes, and professional athletes learn how to create generational wealth that endures beyond their playing careers. Currently, Three Leaf Partners, has more than $175 million in developments spread across the country. The company also has more than 30 deals in its pipeline, with a total value of these developments reaching more than $1 billion.

The Pat Connaughton Foundation, since its inception, has raised nearly a million dollars and uses its three pillars – courts, clinics and character – to help transform the communities it serves. Connaughton Courts, a program that refurbishes basketball courts, has already built three new courts in Massachusetts and Wisconsin, with four additional courts already underway. Combined, these seven courts will serve up to 50,000 students in more than 115 communities. Connaughton’s basketball clinics are a premier skill development and character-building experience for youth basketball players. The Foundation has held 15 clinics thus far, serving more than 100 communities, with 150 participants attending each camp. The Pat Connaughton Foundation, which will enter its seventh year in 2023, has plans to raise $2.5 million, complete 24 additional Connaughton Courts and launch a scholarship endowment, Pat Connaughton Scholarships, by 2026.

Jim Cramer

He retired from his hedge fund in 2001, where he finished with one of the best records in the business, including having 36 percent-plus year in 2000.

He helped Steve Brill launch American Lawyer magazine before attending Harvard Law School and earning a law degree. Upon graduating and passing the New York State Bar Examination and being admitted to the N.Y. State Bar, Cramer joined Goldman Sachs in sales and trading. While at Goldman, Cramer wrote for The New Republic about stock market issues.

In December 2013, he published the book, "Jim Cramer's Get Rich Carefully," in which he creates a guide to high-yield, low-risk investing. Cramer is also the author of "Jim Cramer's Getting Back to Even," "Stay Mad for Life: Get Rich, Stay Rich," "Mad Money: Watch TV, Get Rich," "Jim Cramer's RealMoney" and "Confessions of a Street Addict."

Eswar Prasad

Eswar Prasad is the Tolani Senior Professor of Trade Policy at Cornell University. He is also a Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution, where he holds the New Century Chair in International Economics, and a Research Associate at the National Bureau of Economic Research. He was previously chief of the Financial Studies Division in the International Monetary Fund's Research Department and, before that, was the head of the IMF's China Division.

Alexandra Carter

Alexandra Carter is a Clinical Professor of Law and the Director of the Mediation Clinic at Columbia Law School. In 2019, Professor Carter was awarded the Columbia University Presidential Award for Outstanding Teaching, Columbia’s highest teaching honor. Her first book, Ask for More: Ten Questions to Negotiate Anything, was published by Simon & Schuster on May 5, 2020 and became an instant Wall Street Journal Business bestseller.

Professor Carter’s teaching and research interests lie in the field of alternative dispute resolution, primarily in mediation and negotiation. She is a leading trainer on negotiation and mediation for many from the private and public sectors, including the United Nations, where she has conducted dozens of workshops for more than 80 nations, U.S. courts and federal agencies; private corporations, such as Bloomberg, Comcast NBCUniversal, Amazon, and Microsoft; and law firms, including Cravath, Swaine & Moore, Morrison & Foerster, Latham & Watkins, Debevoise and Plimpton, Fried Frank, and many others.

Prior to joining the Columbia faculty, Professor Carter was associated with Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, where she defended against a multibillion-dollar securities class action lawsuit related to the Enron collapse, served as the senior antitrust associate on several multibillion-dollar mergers, and handled cases involving copyright law. She also worked as an analyst at Goldman Sachs. She is a former U.S. Fulbright Scholar to Taiwan.

Professor Carter received her Juris Doctor degree in 2003 from Columbia Law School, where she earned James Kent and Harlan Fiske Stone academic honors. She also won the Jane Marks Murphy Prize for clinical advocacy and the Lawrence S. Greenbaum Prize for the best oral argument in the 2002 Harlan Fiske Stone Moot Court Competition. After earning her degree, Professor Carter clerked for the Hon. Mark L. Wolf, U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts in Boston.

Professor Carter is a frequent media commentator on negotiation and pay equity for women, with appearances on MSNBC’s Morning Joe and MSNBC Live, Hardball with Chris Matthews, the CBS Early Show and NPR Marketplace. She is a contributor for NBC News’ Know Your Value, a news site devoted to helping women grow in their careers and reach their full potential.

Trevor Rozier-Byrd

Trevor Rozier-Byrd is the founder and CEO of Stackwell Capital, Inc., a fintech startup that seeks to eliminate the racial wealth gap by addressing Black underinvestment in America.

Trevor has more than fifteen years of corporate development, business strategy and corporate transactional legal experience focused on the asset management industry.

Prior to founding Stackwell, Trevor served as the Head of Strategy and Business Development for the State Street Alpha Platform, which is State Street Bank and Trust Company’s captive fintech business. Trevor held senior sales, strategy, corporate development and legal positions during his tenure with State Street.

Prior to joining State Street, Trevor was a Senior Associate at WilmerHale, where his practice focused on domestic and international corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings and public and private capital markets transactions. Trevor also represented companies and entrepreneurs in connection with a broad range of start-up company matters. Prior to joining WilmerHale, Trevor was an associate at Sidley Austin LLP where he represented various financial institutions in connection with a broad range of public and private capital markets transactions.

While receiving his law degree, Trevor worked for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission – Division of Enforcement where he participated in investigations of possible violations of the federal securities laws.

Since founding Stackwell, Trevor has received several awards and recognitions for his leadership. Trevor has been selected as a 2023 Aspen Ideas Festival Fellow. He was named one of Boston Business Journal’s “Power 50 Movement Makers” in 2002. Pitchbook named Trevor on their Black Founders and Investors to Watch Lists in 2022 and 2023.

Trevor received his Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law in 2010, and his Bachelor of Arts from Boston College in 2005.

Trevor is a member of the Boston University School of Law Alumni Executive Committee and the Boston College Board of Regents. Trevor lives in the Boston area with his wife and three small children.
